What is your turn-around times?

4-7 business days for À la Carte Graphics 4-7 weeks for branding packages and/or custom websites A rush fee can be applied if needed available and will make you automatic priority in my design queue. Rush Orders are to be delivered no later than 2-3 business days (À la Carte Graphics) ALL PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH VOLUME & HOLIDAY SEASONS.

What is your refund policy ?

After starting your project no refund will be issued. You will be allowed 3 revisions to make sure you are satisfied with the design. Our goals are to bring your visions to life therefore Chynah J Graphics will work our hardest to make sure you recieve the designs of your dreams !

Do you offer printing?

No, we do not offer printing. All the items you purchase will be print-ready.

How many drafts and revisions will receive?

You are allowed 3 revisions. Once you are sent the final logo no changes can be made without a fee. If the client is not satisfied after the three revisions, Chynah J Graphics will charge $20 per additional revision.
Any drafts are Chynah J Graphics property and must not be used or posted in any way. Posting or sharing drafts will result in automatic cancellation without refund.

How will recieve my files?

Chynah J Graphics will provide your files via Google Drives. You will receive and email with a PNG (transparent background) and JPG. You will also receive the files in PSD, AI, EPS format. These files are used for printing items like banners, t-shirts, etc. as they can be scaled to any size.
All YouTube Services are sent through .mov format. Please remember all final files must be downloaded/exported from dropbox for great quality. PLEASE DO NOT SCREENSHOT/SCREEN RECORD ANY PROJECTS...
Once the final project is complete and approved, the design process will come to an end. If there is an error on our end (spelling, missing info, etc.), it can be fixed free of charge. Design changes such as colors, font, etc. after final approval will be subject to a $65 revision fee

How do I pay ?

All A La Carte graphics are to be purchase through our website. Add to cart and checkout and you will recieve a confirmation email soon after purchase. After you have made the decision to invest in a package and have completed the inquiry form you will be sent a questionnaire and an invoice via PayPal for your deposit. The questionnaire will ask you every question and request every image needed to complete your project. This questionnaire will also require a signature upon reviewing the policy checklist at the end of every questionnaire. You will receive a confirmation email once your questionnaire is recieved and you will be added to the project queue. All questionnaires must be completed within 48-72 hours after being sent. If not, Order will be canceled and no refund will be issued. After the completion of your project and you are satisfied with the work the final invoice will be sent. Once payment is received you will recieve all your files.

Abandoned Projects

If work purchased and the client “disappears” after 21 days of no show, no call, and no response; you will receive two reminder emails and a courtesy text message to whichever phone number is used during checkout. If Chynah J Graphics receives no response, your project(s) will be deemed as forfeited and no refund will be provided. If the Client would like to continue after the project has been forfeited, a restart fee of $200 will be charged and project turnaround time restarts completely.

What is the process?

After I receive the signed contract and payment/deposit I will send you a questionaire that will ask you to give me more details about your brands and your design expectations. It is important to provide as much details as possible therefore I will be able to create the most accurate website for you. I will then send you an email with the content that I need to add to the site.

What do I need to get started?

A word document containing all the content for the website ( Don't forget to check for any spelling errors before sending it over). Photos in JPEG or PNG format... The higher the quality the better !

Will I be able to maintain my website?

Yes, you will be able to edit and add anything like products all on your own. If you prefer, I can manage your site and make changes at an extra cost. Website Management packages are available at a one time fee or under a monthly contract.
